Travel meeting with Olga Volyanskaya / Nepal, Himalayas
So, Olga Volyanskaya will become the hero, or rather, the heroine of our next travel meeting on December 12. Olga is an active traveler, organizer of sea trips on a yacht, blogger, and is also seriously interested in photography. An evening dedicated to Nepal and the Himalayas awaits us. "How far can a passion for photography take? Here is me, for example, at a distance of over 6 thousand km from my home, at an altitude of 4.5 thousand above sea level! Nepal and the highest mountains in the world, the Himalayas, is a place from which no one is sure to return the same. And the brought frames become a pleasant bonus. I want to share all this! I will tell you about the experience of my first trek in my life, for me it was a trip to the Mardi Himal base camp - one of the shortest and at the same time the most spectacular routes. About victory over oneself and meeting the most interesting, enthusiastic people. And of course, I will illustrate the whole story with photographs from peaks, valleys, at dawns, sunsets and even at night - against the background of a bottomless sky with billions of stars. Harsh but majestic landscapes with amazing views of the snow-capped Himalayan peaks - Mardi Himal (5 587 m), Machapuchre (6 993 m), Annapurna South (7 219 m) and Khinchuli (6441 m). Dizzying views over Pokhara over Lake Pheva, taken from a paraglider. There is quite a bit of Nepalese street in Kathmandu and the ancient Newar city of Bhaktapur, the so-called 'city of craftsmen', whose streets, squares and buildings are included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
