The lecture will highlight issues of particular importance of spring cleansing of the body. After all, spring is a period of renewal of life and a period of special activity of kapha. Consider the specifics of the formation of ama (slags) in various constitutional types. Practical recommendations and technologies for cleansing the psychophysiology of a person at home, but also in an Ayurvedic clinic, will also be considered. These approaches cover all aspects of a person's life: consciousness, behavior, rhythm of life, diet, physical and emotional stress, as well as herbs and procedures. Particular attention will be paid to special recommendations such as: balancing the digestive fire, digesting ama, cleansing the intestines and liver, and cleansing the urine and skin. Let's pay attention to "Ayurvedic boiling water" - a special recipe of Ayurveda, especially effective in cleansing the physiology. We will also talk about the importance of balancing the doshas through nutrition and soothing after detox and maintaining the results of the cleansing.
