Training “Work with conflicts in the work environment"

We invite the heads of departments of the centers providing free secondary legal aid from Vinnitsa, Mykolaiv, Odesa and Kherson regions on a two-day training on issues Villena, manage and overcome conflicts, which will be held on 24 and 25 July 2019. The results of examination will be notified to You at the email address specified in the application. All costs associated with participation in the training (travel, accommodation, meals) will be provided by the project “Accessible and quality legal assistance in Ukraine”. The aim of the training is the development of skills in the management of a complex (conflict) communication. The main focus of the training: - understanding of conflict and its value for the development of the organization the outbreak of conflict and what to do with it, - managing conflicts and meet the needs of the conflicting parties, - awareness of self-conflict and conflict partner - managing emotions and support the resource state. According to the results of the training the participants: - distinguish between real and false conflicts; - you will receive a conflict management tools at certain stages; to understand and manage behaviour in conflict communication.
