American film "Wreckage" received special jury mention in the international competition program of the festival. This year's leader in number of films-finalists became the UK 3 photos. Among the British films – most star festival, the film "Time of separation" with Timothy Spall, which viewers know the role of Peter Pettigrew in the film series about Harry Potter. Tape "Sylvia" was marked on the homeland award London Independent Film Awards for best film; pure British Comedy "a Family affair" will talk about the effects of a stormy night. In addition, the program included the movie "Mala" (Germany), "Match" (Finland), "Tip" (Canada) and "On the edge of the world" (USA). All of the works-finalists of the Manhattan short film festival are automatically qualified for nomination for the award "Oscar". This fall the annual Manhattan short film festival takes place 22 times and brings together 100,000 connoisseurs of short films at more than 400 locations in 6 continents. In Ukraine the organizer of the Manhattan short film festival is the company Arthouse Traffic in the traditional support of the brand Stella Artois. The festival takes place in cinemas across the country from 26 September to 6 October. Films are shown in the Ukrainian voice.
