October 10, 2019, Thursday Represents the training "Personal and creative development", which will help you find and discover yourself, feel a surge of strength and the opportunity to develop Training objectives: To form ideas about how other people perceive you. What do they think and feel about you. - Identify your own true needs. Create an idea of leadership as a natural phenomenon of personality development. Assess yourself and your leadership skills. - Assess your own capabilities and resources. Determine what you need to learn in order to achieve what you want. To gain additional communication skills with other people, ability to manifest true self feelings. Develop effective personal planning strategies. To develop the skills of representing and defending one’s own position and views. To develop the ability to create your own creative projects and their implementation. Develop your own personal flexibility. The total duration of the program is 30 hours (10 meetings). It is held once a week for 3 hours on Thursdays from 18:30 to 21:30 h.
