The second stage of qigong

Friends, students of the Qigong Academy and Oriental Practitioners and other schools / qigong trainers, pay attention!       We recruit the group to the 2nd step of qigong!              Launch date - tentatively - October 3.       We work 4 days for 3 hours.       Training time: by agreement with the group.              At the moment, there are interesting offers on the cost of training at the 2nd level.              In the 2nd stage training, special attention is paid to working with the middle dantian (heart center), for converting energy into spiritual strength. One of the goals of the second stage is to achieve a state of silence of the mind, a state of harmony and happiness.       At this stage, we continue to build the central channel Zhong Mai (which will give us the opportunity to go to other areas of information, understand other types of life, develop our strength of mind, mind, intuition and ability to make the right decisions).              Training program       1.
