The fashion industry is the second largest polluter after the oil industry. Switching to environmentally friendly clothing is just the first step. It is also important to do everything possible to reduce the consumption of natural resources. Today, more than ever, it is important to think about the health of the planet and the world around us, because it is he who is the source of our life and the life of each person individually.The location for shooting a teaser of the advertising campaign for the new season of Odessa Fashion Week SS 2020 was not chosen by chance. Wind farms are impressive and mesmerizing in their appearance. They inspire the opportunity to produce clean electricity through renewable wind energy. In this way, we want to draw the attention of the fashion community to the problems of environmental and social safety of production and excessive consumption, to recall that we bear great responsibility for the environmental impact that we have today. Our main task is to develop new technologies to reduce the negative impact on the environment, while continuing to offer consumers high-quality and beautiful products with a long term of use. On October 24-27, in the Winter Garden on 4a Shevchenko Avenue, Odessa Fashion Week will take place for the 12th time, which will bring together fashion lovers to demonstrate the collections of the SS 2020 season. On October 24, a traditional educational fashion conference on a relevant topic will be held: Sustainability in fashion. On October 25-27, an official show program of collections of Ukrainian and foreign designers will be held, and Trade Fashion Zone will also operate - a territory where clothes, shoes and accessories of Ukrainian and foreign designers will be presented, which each of the guests will be able to try on and purchase.
