What do you KNOW about your BODY? UNDERSTAND it? HEAR his signals? Our body is always with us. And is always with us in the dialogue. Through the body speaks our subconscious, our soul if you like. Through the body we interact with the world and people. Nothing goes past the body. All the emotions, feelings, experiences, with which we cannot cope, find "their place" in it. Our body patiently waiting, when we will hear and feel when we enter into conversation with him. And often, not waiting, starts to "scream" and demand our attention – through blocks, symptoms, pain. But this can be unacceptable! Or even if it already happens to you, you can help your body with the help of special tools of psychotherapeutic and body-oriented practices say to him: "I am willing(a) to hear from you and to know." We invite you to join the body-oriented therapeutic group "Conversation with the body", where we will: · Meet with your body · Learn to hear and feel it · To make contact with him · Learn to love him and take care of it Our group is for everyone who wants to better know and understand themselves, to free themselves from the clamps and blocks, to find within yourself, in your body the right resources. We work in the bodily approach: · turning to the body, · get acquainted with him, · learn to understand his language · and recognize the underlying needs, · learn to love and take care of the body, · learn to live in harmony with oneself and the surrounding world. Our therapeutic work is focused on cohabitation bodily experience of participants, to maintain bodily processes, discovery of opportunities and resources, sensitivity to yourself and your body. In space you are waiting for group exercises, individual and group work, experiments in body-focused approach. Experience of 16 years. THE FORMAT OF THE MEETINGS We meet on Fridays (2 times per month) The duration of each session – 4 hours 10.0-14.00 The cost of 500 UAH.
