What are emotions and how do they arise? Can we regulate them, or are they beyond our control? We are accustomed to thinking of emotion as something inseparable from the person and arising out of our control. While scientific view gives you the chance to change this perception and to live in partnership with the emotion using the tools of mindfulness. Practical 8-week course on "Emotional well being" in Mindspot is the exercise of emotional intelligence, accompanied by certified instructors Mindspot. The program of the course — our development is based on scientific evidence, years of teaching experience and personal practice leading.
