Neglecting common sense is the surest path to happiness.              We know so much about happiness.       We use this word when talking with friends or thinking about life.       Books, films and commercials are filled with images of happy people who are somewhat similar to us.       Institutes of happiness are opening.       Analytical centers investigate why some societies are happier than others, for example, in Denmark.              We know a lot about happiness, but how often do we meet happy people walking along the street. How often do we catch joyful looks. How happy are we ourselves?       Maybe you should conduct an audit and look at the erased word again and from a different angle?              ‍ Turn to philosophers.              Aristotle (ancient Greek philosopher. Disciple of Plato)       Happiness is action according to its nature.       Happiness is absolute and final value, for which people do virtuous deeds.       You can reach happiness only through virtue. The highest measure of happiness is life filled with rational contemplation.              Epicurus (ancient Greek philosopher, founder of epicureism in Athens)       Happiness must be achieved through calm and pacification.       A simple life, filled with friends and philosophical reasoning, is the highest of the enjoyable attainments.              Jeremiah Bentham (English philosopher, sociologist, lawyer)       Happiness is pleasure and lack of suffering.       If the action contributes to the achievement of maximum happiness, then it is justified.John Steward Mill (British philosopher, sociologist, economist and politician)       Happiness is hard to achieve.       Therefore, striving to reduce the total amount of suffering, and not to happiness, will be morally justified.              ‍ Psychologists.              Abraham Maslow (American psychologist, founder of humanistic psychology)       The essence of happiness is the satisfaction of needs at all levels.              Ruth Vinhoven (world famous specialist on the problem of happiness)       Happiness is the subjective enjoyment of life.              John Gottman (American psychologist-researcher and clinician)       Success and happiness are determined by the awareness of their emotions and the ability to cope with their feelings.       Happiness is directly related to awareness.              ‍⚕ Physiologists.              The state of happiness is associated with the "hormones of happiness." Chemistry determines the behavior and condition of a person.       endorphins - responsible for short-term euphoria       serotonin - creates a background of happiness and long-term satisfaction       dopamine - is involved in the process of internal reinforcement and fixing a certain behavior       Our brain encourages consciousness for the realization of opportunities.              Great, we really know.              But how to apply this knowledge in everyday life?       How to create your own happiness?       What elements does our happiness consist of?       What are the reasons we cannot afford to be happy now?       And many other questions that remain behind the scenes and await their answer. We will sort it out together.       Saturday 11:00       Lighter than air       Bunina 12, second floor.              Admission is free, without cuts.       By pre-registration       https://forms.gle/jxnSzQPwxMMgHky7A              What will happen:       1. We will analyze the physiology of happiness       2. Perform a series of exercises to find a resource in your body       3. We work in groups and look for your own algorithm of happiness       4. Let's look at the concept of happiness through the prism of personality psychology and the activity approach.       5. Define the differences between emotions, feelings and experiences.       6 ...              The event is in the form of an open dialogue and group work.              Lead the event and create an atmosphere       Alexandr Zelinskiy and Maria Chibisova (Masha Chibisova)              How to make people happy?       We must give them joy, love and a little jam!
