On October 26, 2019, Odessa will host the long-awaited training workshop by Edward Dubinsky on personal finance management.                          The purpose of the training: to share personal financial management and competent investment with everyone who wants professional and systemic knowledge.             We continue to acquaint you with some materials of the upcoming training.              And today we’ll talk about DPO:              DPO, or direct public offering of shares, is a direct sale of shares of a private company to a narrow circle of investors, without the help of underwriters.              It is also, as in the case of an IPO, one of the ways to enter the stock market.       And after the acquisition of shares, investors can resell them in the open market.              DPO Features:              Firstly, as already mentioned, the placement takes place without the help of underwriters, which significantly reduces the costs of the issuing company.              Secondly, the investor base at DPO is investors who are well aware of the company's activities. It can be customers, suppliers, and even company managers, that is, people who are objectively interested in the stable development of the company and are ready to finance its activities through the acquisition of shares. But these can be simple “random” investors.Thirdly, the liquidity of the company's shares under DPO is limited due to the narrow circle of investors. If for shareholders selling their shares this is an undeniable disadvantage, then from the point of view of the company, limited liquidity provides an important advantage - it significantly reduces the possibility of speculative trading, and thereby stabilizes the value of shares and the company's capitalization.              However, DPO, like IPO, is not a universal way to raise capital, suitable for all companies.              So, if a company does not have a potential formed narrow circle of investors to whom it could offer its shares, it will be more difficult for it to attract investors in the market without the help of an underwriter who carries out the same marketing of placement and attracts investors, which is absolutely necessary for the success of the transaction.              As a result, in the absence of reliable potential investors, the company's recognition among a wide range of investors, it may be forced to abandon DPO or revise the offer price.              Thus, the key to successful direct placement of shares is the availability of a stable and reliable base of investors directly interested in the successful operation of the company.              And, perhaps, the main task during the DPO is to coordinate the interests of all investors.              As a rule, DPOs are conducted by small, young companies that cannot afford (or do not want to carry) expensive underwriter services.Direct placements are primarily suitable for those companies that, due to industry specifics, are potentially rated higher by strategic investors.              That's all, in the following letters I will tell you about OTC OTC stock markets.             Leave a preliminary application:             https://fintelect.com/liveodessa2019
