Ilya Alabuzhev International Quintet: pop jazz from Europe
Jazz can be trendy. Smart and free, but also modern, easy, understandable and memorable. This is what the international quintet of musicians from Jamaica, Switzerland, Germany and Ukraine proves with their creativity. Give yourself a musical journey through the waves of imagination. Bizarre and catchy melodies, the crystal sound of female vocals, an amazing combination of double bass and bass, virtuoso solos on the trumpet and drums ... This is an evening of real chamber jazz, which seeks to inspire you, not to confuse you. Critics note that Alabuzhev’s music "pushes the boundaries of jazz, falling under the influence of oriental classics, folk and even rock music."
