Bad taste - to show their emotions in society. So many of us sincerely believe. This is considered infantilism and simply bad manners. We believe that the suppression of emotions prevents a bright life. Therefore, we decided to organize a training on Emotional Intelligence, where in 2 hours you will:        Learn how basic emotions manifest and what to do with them        You can develop the ability to recognize emotions in others        Get tools to change your thoughts and feelings        Analyze your personal style of interaction and building relationships       In the format of interesting games, exercises and discussions, we will not only study the topic of emotional intelligence, but also be able to use it in practice.       ️ The training will be led by Marina Orel, a psychologist, founder of Coffee with a Psychologist meetings, and co-organizer of art tours in the Carpathians.
