Intensive training “Hidden body”

For those who want to reveal themselves and their potential.              Why go to the training?       We, our body and brain, live in the world of our habits and domestic problems. Our body is fraught with a reserve hidden and hidden under a load of acquired experience, which we do not use, because of which our creativity and productivity suffer. The training is aimed at releasing a living active body, at revealing new ways of being on stage and at developing bodily eloquence. We invite you to meet a new self.                What do we do?       The training consists of 2 parts and lasts 4 hours. The first part is preparatory, which includes warming up, warming up, working with balance and coordination. After a short break - the second part, we will work with a stage presence, expressiveness and bodily improvisation.              Who leads?       Galya Migutskaya - actress of the TEO theater, coach on stage movement and physical emancipation. He has experience in bodily acting practices, obtained both in Ukraine and abroad - at the Institute. E. Grotowski (Poland), with masters E. Barba (Denmark, Theater "One") and T.
