Than non-conflict communication can be useful to Museum workers? What quality of relationship they build with the visitors to museums? Someone will say that the visitor has come and gone, and someone will say that any visit to the Museum is the beginning of long-term relationships with its collections and staff, this is the first PA interaction with cultural heritage. Museum professionals are the first people who want to Express their impression of a full life experience, sometimes the evaluation and judgment, sadness and anger. How to interpret the reactions of people as to create a space for their transformation, how not to take that personally and do not stand in opposition to people how to respond so that the person heard himself heard and accepted? How to use the potential of Museum collections in order to speak the language, which restores and strengthens relationships, creates feelings, enriches the inner world, strengthening the resilience of the man and deepens interest in the past? To all these questions gives the answer the author of the concept of nonviolent communication, American psychologist Marshall Rosenberg.
