He studies at a school at the Embassy of the USSR in Hungary, lives in Budapest with his parents, and studies in the youth section of the Academy of Arts at the Faculty of Scenography in Budapest.       After graduation, he went to Moscow to the Architectural Institute, but entered the Institute of Cinematography at the directing and acting department.He served in the Armed Forces and after military service ended up in Odessa.       Since 1972, he began working at the Odessa film studio, tried all creative professions.       Constantly engaged in the visual arts.       In the 70s, participates in all "apartment" exhibitions of painting and graphics in Odessa.       He was directly involved in the organization of film festivals "Odessa Alternative" and "Golden Duke" in the late 80s.       Refers to Odessa modernists.       Most of the paintings of the artist Konstantin Kostyuchenko are in private collections in Odessa, Finland, Greece and England.              Gennady Podvoisky       (1941-2017)              Ukrainian artist from the course of nonconformists 70-80 years, who is called "the last of the hippies." Until the age of 50, he was engaged in heavy physical labor: he worked as a bricklayer, a fireman in the forge shop. In parallel, moonlighting in Grekovka (Odessa Art College named after M. B. Grekov) as a sitter. There was imbued with an artistic spirit.       Pupil Alikberova Vitaly. Since the 1970s, he is known in Odessa as a nonconformist artist and poet. Exhibitions and albums have taken place and success. The work of Gennady Podvoisky resembles a certain mystery, a certain symbolism. Hence the names of his creations: cryptograms (cryptography). In his works, he goes into details that are incomprehensible at first glance: the dog’s paw goes into wings ... and then a mussel shape appears ... It’s worth considering ... Recent work is the Universal Web, the connection of everything with everything. Here the image of the artist himself is revealed.
