The founders of this enterprise, Brian Woods and Scott Watson, set out to restore the lost whiskey to people, to recreate bit by bit the drink that Scottish distilleries produced in the 19th - early 20th centuries when there was no cold filtration and caramel to standardize color. It is no coincidence that the ancient Celtic symbol Triskel became the company logo. One of the meanings of this sign is eternal life, or reincarnation. In The Lost Distillery, this symbol has a new meaning.
