It allows one to independently better understand oneself on a daily basis and to choose one’s reactions in the long run, leaving the victim’s state.               At our meeting, we through practical exercises:       - we will analyze in detail the algorithm for the emergence of complex emotions and internal conflicts;       - you will understand why you feel what you feel;       - get an answer to how to be and what to do if emotions "swept";       - remove the "emotional trash";       - delve into the work of the mechanism of rejection of your parts and aspects of the personality, which will help you on the way to greater integrity;       - stop fighting “ghosts” and learn to find the true cause of events, your pain, aggression, fear, anxiety;       - we will analyze where our spiritual wounds originate;       - let's talk about whether there really is a way to interrupt our energy supply of grievances, old stories and past events.              02/29/2020 the next meeting will take place, at which you will become participants in the Radical Forgiveness Ceremony.This is a spiritual technology, one of the possible tools that provides an energy shift.        The ceremony is a complete and self-sufficient process.
