Do I need to regulate the online space or it must remain free from any government influences? This question becomes relevant legislative initiatives of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. To determine the positive and negative impacts of such initiatives, Internews Ukraine developed an Index of regulation of online-space and evaluated according to its methodology, the draft laws "On mass media" and "misinformation".
