The outside world is not very sustainable. How not to set up on calm, any news, message, expert opinion can be unsettling. Even slowed down, with the ability to pause, we still continue to react by inertia – unable to engage in a total panic, beat yourself up, experience stress. And if earlier we heard endless appeals to be conscious now in the way to do it. "Be aware" – we hear the call from opinion leaders, from all the media, scientific journals and studies. But the problem is that we haven't been taught. Unfortunately, consciousness cannot be enabled with a switch.  Awareness is set of skills and tools that you need to learn and apply on a regular basis.  Awareness is the muscle you want to train and be constantly nourished, to be in good shape. This course is for all those:  who is committed to a conscious and happy life, and don't know where to start;  who tried different areas of practice, wants to test something new and finally find your; who was caught in the web of countless directions and wants to systematize the knowledge accumulated in the head;  who lack scientific justification, accessible presentation and practical results;  who need the support of an experienced guide and a group of like-minded people to come to regular practice.  who is open to new information, ready to apply in practice, and take responsibility for the result. On the course we touch upon three facets of mindfulness:  The quantity and quality of attentive presence;  Freedom of conduct;  How much you are in touch with yourself, with your body and emotions? How well you present in what you are doing and what is happening to you? Thanks to the development of the skills of mindfulness can all be more in touch with themselves, more fully present in my own life, passing through and capitivate diversity and beauty of each moment. The tools we will use during the course: ° The practice of mindfulness; ° A conscious movement; ° The breath; ° Technology to the development of empathy; ° Physical exercises (any fitness level); ° Techniques and writing practices for self-reflection.
