Course "PM Hard Skills 2"

The PM Hard Skills 2 course is intensive in monitoring the implementation of the project, working with quality, metrics, implementing changes and successfully completing or transferring the project.              The course is taught by speakers from companies such as: Luxoft, Redmadrobot, Kyivstar, Intellias, Solar Digital.              You will learn:       Supervise the project in regular and distributed teams.       Monitor development effectiveness and improve results.       Work with changes (both external and internal) and implement them.       Work with quality based on metrics.       Complete and transfer projects.       Understand the process of adaptation and manage it in companies with different structures.              The course will be useful: for project managers with experience of over a year.                     Why PM Hard Skills 2:       Our course is practice, case studies from real life, examples and information in the “take and do” style.       During the year, we graduated more than 200 students from the first PM Hard Skills program, and created PM Hard Skills 2 based on requests that managers need to know about the process of implementation and completion of the project.       During the classes you will be able to ask questions and receive advice on your own projects.               Course start: April 13th.       Registration and details: http://bit.ly/3aTe86W
