On this street are still preserved old mansions, one of which there lived Konstantin Paustovsky. Perhaps, in these houses, in attics, there are interesting things to talk about former residents? About different finds, however, in the attic of a village house, wrote Paustovsky in the story "the Tenants of an old house": ..."In the house lived a lot of old things. Once upon a time these things were necessary to the inhabitants of the house, and now they are collecting dust and cracked in the attic and they swarmed the mouse. Occasionally we had in the attic excavations and among the broken window frames, and curtains out of a wooly web, found the box of oil paints, covered with colorful petrified drops, the broken mother of pearl fan, the copper coffee mill times of the Sevastopol defense, the huge heavy book with engravings of ancient history, then finally, a stack of decals". Exhibition "Treasures" from the attic" is dedicated to the birthday of Konstantin Paustovsky. The exhibition presents objects of everyday life of Odessa from the collection of Alexander Friedman and the Museum's collection belonging to different periods of life of the city.
