We invite you to the lecture “The Tibetan Book of the Dead: an experience of reading. Online ”, which will take place on August 13 at 19:00 ONLINE in the conference zoom mode. The lecture is dedicated to Bardo Thedol, a book that, since 1927, has become known to Western readers as the Tibetan Book of the Dead. During the lecture, we will dive into the structure and symbolism of this book and its traditions in order to make the text alive for us as modern readers. We will follow the soul on a journey that, from the point of view of Bardo Thedol, goes from the moment of death to the moment of a new birth. Lecture content: 1.
