We invite you on August 15-16 (Sat, Sun) - to a two-day master class on teaching and developing skills for working with the body-mind (body awareness) in the bodywork method. ▶ ️ What is body work? This is a broad concept for various methods of working with the body in the form of massage effects. We will learn soft listening with a greater focus on attention to the whole structure rather than point (isolated) influence. We will learn to soften and bring the attention of the bodywork recipient to himself, to his body and what is happening in the body-consciousness structure.  Conducted in loose, light clothing without the use of any additional means. Conducted by Roman Solyanik (diploma - masseur and psychologist), body practitioner and bodywork method teacher, dancer and contact improvisation teacher. Myers) * Polyvagal theory by S. Podgers * Trauma (psychological approach) * Autonomic nervous system - sympathetic and parasympathetic divisions - of course, you can spend your whole life on each theory, but at MK we will briefly outline the main points necessary for the theoretical substantiation of the bodywork method practice.
