Since September 7, Svetlana Yastrebova has been conducting a new cycle of Somatic Education lessons “Light shoulders”. A cycle of 8 practical lessons is aimed at muscle release in the shoulder girdle, back, neck, arms, and posture correction. Our shoulders are subject to cumulative muscle tension. It is caused by long work at the computer, emotional stress, trauma, unstable position in general. Deliberately simple, slow, pleasant movements without effort and without pain return movement to the chest relative to the shoulders and shoulder blades. The strategies of the lessons are different, they are composed depending on which pattern must be influenced through the central nervous system in order to restore a certain function in the body. As a result, you will feel a new length of muscles, relaxation, free movement, posture. Svetlana gives instructions and tips on how to make this practice safe and beneficial for you. The cycle of lessons "Light shoulders" provides awareness of the relationship of the chest and shoulder girdle, shoulder blades, neck with the movements of the pelvis and the whole body. All of the movements you learn can be practiced on your own at home and at work.
