The art of wine

On September 29 we are launching training at the Art of Wine school 壟 Together we will learn not just to drink wine correctly, but to distinguish between its types and varieties, understand aromas, determine the origin and create the right gastronomic pairings. Throughout the school, each participant will have the opportunity to: ✔️ taste 17 different positions of wine; ✔️ learn to read wine labels; ✔️ learn the secrets of wine and gastronomy; ✔️ learn to combine cheese, wine and snacks; ✔️ get to know the main groups of aromas in wines. SCHOOL PROGRAM  September 29, lesson number 1 Wine tasting. We get acquainted with wine, evaluate and study the types of wines.  October 1, lesson number 2 Wine tasting. Learning to read a wine label. Analyzing wine styles.  October 6, lesson number 3 Wine tasting. We select a pair of wine and cheese.  October 8, lesson number 4 Wine tasting. Let's get acquainted with wine and gastronomy. We select wine for snacks from the chef. Each lesson includes a theoretical part with tasting and work with olfactory memory using the Nose of Wine (Le Nez du Vin). Location: That's Amore restaurant, Troitskaya 11a. Time: Tue and Thu from 19:00 to 21:00. Cost: 3000 UAH. Come together and get a 10% discount.  The course is led by sommelier Yulia Boboshko. Julia's experience in the field of wine culture is over 5 years.
