This is the beginning of a journey for anyone who would like to excel in this ancient art, develop their existing skills, or practice as a professional therapist. This course will also be useful for yoga teachers who would like to improve their asana correction skills during class or expand their teaching practice to pair yoga. One of the unique features of this course is the Yoga and Meditation session at the beginning of each workshop. A Yoga class includes an in-depth look at the anatomy of the cortex, which will provide a better understanding of how our bodies work and will help prevent injuries associated with the daily practice of a massage therapist.The Cosmo Yoga teaching method reflects its essence and allows students from practitioners to become creators.
