Application of the cross-taping method in aesthetics and physical rehabilitation

The cost of training is UAH 2500. Taping is a method of correcting the psychophysical state, which helps to activate the nervous and circulatory systems of the human body. The method is based on scientific research in the fields of kinesiology, sports medicine, physical rehabilitation, surgery, orthopedics, traumatology and correctional pedagogy. The taping technique was developed in the 70s of the last century by the Japanese doctor Kenzo Kase. Technically, the technique consists in applying tapes, according to the chosen technique and the type of tape tape on different parts of the body. At the beginning of his practice, Dr. Kase used an inelastic cotton material (sports tape). Subsequently, it was replaced by an elastic material specially designed for taping purposes (kinesio tape), also made of cotton with elastic fibers.
