Intensive at the Raja Yoga Palace

3 hours of Hatha and Raja Yoga practice. A comprehensive yoga class for the development of Body, Mind and Spirit. Performing Asanas, Karma, Vyayam, Pranayam, Mudr, Bandh. The methodology is based on the traditional, classical approach and has been tested for decades on thousands of trainees. The mentor will explain the available technique for performing the exercises for any level of practitioner. Mentor of the Mental Park - ‍♂ Andrey Zabgaev, who is over 40 years old! practices yoga systematically.
