What is the need for the Agency for Regional Development of Odessa Oblast?

The law of Ukraine "On the ambush of state regional policy" is based on the method of effective implementation of state regional policy. The agency of regional development є a non-retail setting, scho to establish itself on the ambushes of partnership between the sovereign, private and huge sectors. The agency for regional development cannot be a budgetary setting.
