Support group for female survivors of sexual violence

I invite women survivors of sexual violence to a support group. A support group is a place where, in safety and confidentiality, understanding and NO judgment, you can: Share your story or listen to strangers Get support or give it to those who are even worse than me Share their pain and see how others deal with their Give out as much anger, rage, resentment and hatred as you really want Get rid of shame and guilt, throwing them out until there is nothing left Be aware of how the incident affected my life and see the scripts of others Share your discoveries, changes, achievements, plans on the way of living The leader of the group is Anastasia Dubrovina, psychotherapist of a personality-centered approach (K. Rogers), trainer of socio-psychological training. I draw your attention to the fact that this is NOT a psychotherapeutic group, but a support group, where I am the same participant, just took on the role of organizer and moderator at the beginning.
