"Family Stories". Therapeutic group

In adulthood, everyone's train departs from their own family depot. In the luggage compartment, there are open and unspoken rules, foundations, traditions and habits, like photographs with different scenes from life in the parental family. But if it was lonely, restless or scary, empty or too unstable, then you want it according to the principle "If only not like theirs!" But for some reason, it still sounds like loneliness or annoyance, dissatisfaction or sadness from what is the result. And you ask yourself: where, in fact, am I going, where is this train going? Whose life am I living? At such moments, it is important to be able to notice yourself, to be in contact with your needs, including in order to be able to hear the needs of significant loved ones. We invite you to take part in our project - a small psychotherapeutic group "Family Stories". Those who want to explore the topic of interaction and relationships, those who are tired of looking for answers alone. We will talk about how family systems work and what relationships are for each of us: - What are the principles of the family / couple. - What causes conflicts and how to deal with them. - How the family in which we were born and raised affects us. - How to improve relationships, when possible, and when to think about ending them. - What we ourselves bring into relationships, how we recreate similar scenarios with new people. We invite those who want to discover or revive their own sensitivity and awareness in interaction with loved ones.We will talk about life as such. About family systems, giving forces, but sometimes theirs, taking away forces. About our experiences, both bitter and joyful. About fears and worries. About love, warmth, about happiness. About desires and dreams, both children and adults. About what is important to find support in yourself and support in space. We meet once every two weeks on Thursdays, from 18-00 to 21-00 in the center of Odessa. Leading: Lyubov Tserelung - accredited gestalt therapist (stage III of the MGI program), psychologist.
