The playing field is the safety and comfort of the self-exploration process. You simulate different options, test them and take the most successful ones with you. TALENTgame members take turns going through a sequence of elections in 4 sectors: 1. What do I want / love to do? 2. What can / can I do? 3. What does the world need me to do? 4. What are they willing to pay me money for? The game will show you your choice strategy, how you make a decision and what is important to you in the process.The result of the game is the assembly of the FORMULA for the realization of talents through the systematization of four elements according to the Japanese Ikigai model and the identification of the effective role of the player in the labor market.
