We continue the series of meetings of the Odessa Walrus Club on different beaches. The meeting is dedicated to the Day of Love and will take place this Sunday - February 14 at 11.00 on the beach at station 14 of the Big Fountain near the pier with the composition "Sun Heart". In the program: a solemn swim, fun, bright photos, a picnic by the sea. As well as coffee, tea, sweets that we bring with us! You will recognize us by the flag with the walrus logo. As always, it will be fun and friendly! Anyone can take part - absolutely FREE. The event is aimed, first of all, at promoting a healthy lifestyle, hardening, winter swimming, at overcoming oneself and familiarizing everyone with a wonderful form of recovery. Walruses with many years of experience, winners of championships in hardening and swimming in ice water will be happy to share their experience, useful recommendations: how to prepare for swimming correctly and safely, how to temper for pleasure and with tremendous benefits for the body.
