"Spring Concert" by Alexei Botvinov

Alexey Botvinov presents a new program. The Maestro's Spring Concert will feature Frederic Chopin's masterpieces - the First and Fourth Ballads, waltzes and nocturnes. For the second part of the program, Aleksey Botvinov created author's arrangements for solo piano of Rachmaninov's masterpieces - vocal romances and pieces for two pianos. In February, the legendary German recording company “Deutsche Grammophon” released a disc by the duet of Alexei Botvinov and Daniel Hope with music by Schnittke. Botvinov is the first Ukrainian artist during the years of Independence to record a disc on this label.
