Soon the sun will flood the streets and warm our souls. Let's welcome spring in Plyushkin with the tastes of sunny Italy! Prepare homemade pasta without a dough roll or mixer, sauce with tomatoes. Well, where can we go without prosciutto and zucchini ?! So, the master class "Sunny Italy" on Sunday, March 7  at 15:00. Let's prepare and try: ✅ Strudel with zucchini and prosciutto with light green salad; ✅ Homemade Pici pasta with turkey stew; ✅ Pear in red wine. FORMAT MASTER CLASS  We get together at 15:00 at 119 Uspenskaya Street. If necessary, we will refresh ourselves with coffee or cool down with water.  Let's start with dessert to cool down. It will be very fragrant!  Prepare the pasta dough, salad greens. Let's prepare a strudel, or rather, everyone will cook it for himself.  We try strudel with salad with a glass of wine and immediately start sculpting the pasta. The process is fun, but it will take time.  Prepare the sauce and finish the dessert. We will try everything and, satisfied, we will talk. There is no violence in Plyushka.
