 Training for adolescents 15-17 years old "Your choice" ❗️ A correctly made choice is the beginning of the path to success, to self-realization, to psychological and material well-being in the future. ❗️ Professional self-determination is the initial link in the professional development of an individual ⏩ This program is a personal growth training, consisting of 6 sessions, lasting 2.5 hours. ⏩ Each lesson is a complex combination of theory and practice, a special place is occupied by self-diagnosis, during which the guys: ➡️ study their psychological characteristics; ➡️ “try on” various models of behavior and evaluate their effectiveness; ➡️ psychological readiness to choose a profile is formed on the basis of knowledge about one's professional and personal potential. ⚙️The program uses various methods of career guidance work: • Professional diagnostics; • Help in learning and using your personal characteristics; • Problem-playing situations; • Conversations; • Games; • Consulting. ⚙️As a result of completing the program, participants will learn to solve the following tasks: - the formation of the ability for self-development and self-education based on motivation to learn; - choice of specialized education based on information about existing professions and personal professional preferences; - deliberate construction of an individual educational trajectory, taking into account sustainable cognitive interests; - Ability to work in a group - to effectively cooperate and interact based on the coordination of various positions in the development of a common solution in joint activities;- formulate and argue your opinion, correctly defend your position. ⚫️ Host of the program:  Formanyuk Julia, psychologist, Ph.D. psychol.
