The nautical club "Wind of Wanderings" announces the opening of a section of ship modeling sports (classes of racing models of sailing yachts on radio control). The first lessons will take place on Saturday 17 April and Sunday 18 April (from 10:00 to 12:00) at the Fregat pier in Kryzhanovka. Children from 10 to 16 years old and their parents are invited to trial training in the open air. Classes are conducted by Vice-President of the Federation of Ship Modeling and Ship Modeling Sports of Ukraine, Master of Sports of International Class, World Champion “NAVIGA” 2015 in F5-M class Timur Kishubaev. In the future, classes are planned at least once a week on weekends (excluding competition dates). First, children will learn how to operate models and learn the rules of sailing races. Then assemble, disassemble, adjust and repair the models. And after the end of the competition season - in the absence of quarantine restrictions - we will learn how to make models with our own hands. If desired, children will be able to participate in all-Ukrainian competitions and represent the team of the Odessa region: from 23 to 25 April - 1st stage of the Cup of Ukraine in Cherkassy from 9 to 11 July - 2nd stage of the Cup of Ukraine in Odessa from 20 to 22 August 3rd stage of the Cup Ukraine in the city of Dnipro from September 30 to October 3 - the Championship of Ukraine in the city of Cherkassy.
