Structure and softness / Contact improvisation

We invite you to a lesson + jam on contact improvisation on April 17 (Sat), from 19 to 20 there will be an hour-long introductory lesson from Roman Solyanik, and from 20 to 22 there will be a jam space. For jam, we collect a favorit playlist from the participants - for movement in contact, solo and a variety of options for being. Throw off your 3-4 favorite songs for movement - @roman solianyk Jam is the practice of free movement, dance - with attention to oneself, others and space.
