Eco-day in the Primorsky Territory: winemaker Petrov and Brynzarnya
On May 22, our friends, the winemaker Valery Petrov and the Brynzarnya eco-farm, invite everyone to visit us! First of all, we go to the village of Strumok, Tatarbunar region, to the winery to Valery Petrov. Valery has been growing grapes for over 30 years and specializes in the production of natural wines in accordance with the international certificate Organic Standard Ltd. The winery produces white and red ordinary wines, as well as three types of grappa: silver (refined with silver), red (infused with grape seed), gold (aged in an oak barrel). The hospitable host will take you on a tour of the vineyard, and then we will taste 6 types of wines with feta cheese and bread, which is also made with wine. But that's not all! We move to the picturesque village of Primorskoe, which belongs to the Vilkovo community, where the Lipovan Old Believers live. We will visit the Brynzarnya eco-farm. On the farm part of the farm, we will get acquainted with wonderful goats, from whose milk the products of the farm are made. Let's try 5 types of cheese and feta cheese. And, of course, we will have lunch at the farm. Shurpa from goat meat, pies, canapka with spreads, fresh vegetables and herbs will be prepared for you. Nobody will be hungry! We will also visit a small museum of Old Believer culture of everyday life, which is located on the territory of "Brynzarni".
