“Lifting-drainage massage of the face with the setting of basic ergonomics” with Yana Yatsenko

The technique of lifting - draining face massage is perfect for setting body and hand movements of both a novice masseur and a massage master who has decided to expand the range of services provided for their clients! The massage is clear and simple enough to perform. But at the same time, the lifting effect is clearly visible and tangible even after one procedure (always!). This massage is well suited as a “Exit Procedure”, it is also effective to conduct a full course (cumulative effect) in order to solve health-improving and aesthetic problems. Another "plus" - this technique is suitable for both "young" and "aged person". Particular attention is paid to the training of the convenience and safety of the work of the master. We build a conscious implementation of holistic movements from the feet to the masseur's hand directly in contact with the client's body. For the foreman - work without fatigue with maximum comfort, and the client will definitely feel the difference with such ergonomics, if you apply this approach when performing other techniques available in your arsenal! Workshop plan: Theoretical block: a short excursion into the anatomy of the face and cervico-collar region; skin types; location of lymphatic vessels and nodes; lines of least stretch of the skin (massage lines of the face). Practical block: rules for laying the client (important nuances and significant "little things"); the correct position of the master on the chair, posture and body movements during the massage;preparation of the skin (make-up remover or how to gently and quickly rid the face of cosmetics); massage of the cervical-shoulder region (can be used as an excellent option for working out this region in a comfortable position of the client lying on his back in other massage techniques); facial massage; - options for beauty care after massage to consolidate and enhance the result. Methodological materials are provided to all participants of the seminar. Upon completion, a certificate is issued. It is obligatory to pre-register for massage training, it is carried out on a prepayment basis. The duration of the seminar is 5-7 hours (depending on the dynamics of the group's work).
