The annular solar eclipse on June 10 will begin in Ontario (Canada). Further, moving in a northeastern direction, the strip will pass through part of Canada, and then, following already in a northerly direction, it will pass through the extreme northwestern part of Greenland. The eclipse is unique in that it can be seen at the North Pole, it is the only annular eclipse passing through this point in the 21st century. Further, the strip will affect Yakutia, the west of the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug, the north of the Magadan Region and the extreme northwest of the Kamchatka Territory.
