We invite you to the Promotional Course of Transcendental Meditation. Course dates: June 11-14 +19 (5 lessons) + 1 individual meeting Course cost: The promotional cost of the course is 2700 UAH. (instead of 4500 UAH) Format: Small group (up to 5-7 people) - What is included in the training program: Day 1: Individual training - one on one (1.5-2 hours) Receiving individual instruction on the TM technique from a certified TM teacher. After the first lesson, you will already begin independent meditation practice at home. Lesson days 2 to 4 in a small group (1.5 - 2 hours a day): Additional instructions and practical advice on TM practice based on your personal experience. Testing and setting up meditation. Classes are interesting, easy and useful. Self-practice (7 days) During the week you meditate on your own, but you have the opportunity to keep in touch with the teacher and ask questions. Final lesson (June 19). The “tuning” of the meditation and the final lecture to make your meditation practice easy and enjoyable, and you get the maximum benefit. Additional meeting with the teacher (if necessary) You can always come to a personal meeting with the teacher after the course (included in the price) to "tune" the meditation.
