The hospitable hosts Petr and Galina Kurdovs say that reviving the cheese traditions of Bessarabia is their vocation and goal. Here, raw materials from local farmers are used for cooking, the quality of which the manufacturers are sure of. And, of course, no one will let us go without a tasting!  Tasting of 10 types of cheese products - hard, semi-hard and soft cheeses. And all this is served with honey, jam, seasonal fruits and dried fruits, of course, accompanied by a glass of wine. Another beautiful accord of the program is a generous Bessarabian lunch, prepared and served in accordance with all the traditions of the region at Mekhan "Balkansik Yastia".
