Summer workshops on advanced yoga practice. Friends, I invite you to my yoga laboratories, which will be held during the summer season on Saturdays at @yogahotodessa Duration of each class is three hours. It will be an in-depth practice using materials, mm elements of yoga therapy. In practice, we will figure out how to move on to difficult poses.
