At the Art Meeting, we will talk about the emotions in which and with which we live:  You will find out what emotions want to tell you  Will you understand how your emotions and body are connected?  Find out which emotions are resourceful for you and which ones are draining you  Create a bodily map of your emotions  Learn to reduce the intensity of anger, fear and anxiety, and express emotions in 5 different ways
