This evening you will have a walk through the House of Scientists in order to set the right mood for a gastronomic dinner, and then taste the following types of Riesling with selected gastronomic pairs: - Riesling, Cave de Ribeauville with baked peppers - Riesling Gelblack Trocken, Schloss Johanninsberg with grilled trout with almond sauce - Riesling Trimbach paired with duck fillet and grilled spicy zucchini with Demiglas sauce - Eiswein combined with a chocolate honey cake.
