International festival "Golden violins of Odessa" / Genius violin ensemble "Yanoshka-Style"

15 spring 2021 rock Great Hall, 19:00 International festival "Golden violins of Odessa" Philharmonic Chamber Orchestra, Artistic Kerivnik and Head Conductor - Honored Artist of Ukraine Igor Shavruk This evening, for the first time, a work by the Belgian violinist and composer Eugene Isaye "Elegiac Poem", written especially for the festival, will be performed. Also, the audience will be presented with a suite for two violins and an orchestra by the German composer Moritz Moszkowski. Distinguished guests from the United States will perform - laureate of the Paganini, Sibelius and Tchaikovsky violin competitions Ilya Kaler, as well as his wife Olga Kaler. The couple teach together at the violin department of the Cleveland Institute of Music. In the second part of the concert, the Austrian family ensemble “Janoshka-Style” will perform with musical improvisations, which will bring down a whole waterfall of emotions and musical drive with jazz notes on those present.
