Classical massage. Basic course. The training center "MAGISTERIUM" is recruiting a new course in classical massage. In the training program: ✨The history of the emergence and development of massage. ✨Anatomy of the musculoskeletal system. ✨ The influence of massage on the human body and its systems. ✨The structure of massage, systems, types, methods, forms. ✨ Indications and contraindications for massage. ✨Hygienic basics of classical massage. ✨Requirements for the room where the massage is performed (temperature, humidity, equipment). ✨Requirements for a masseur. ✨Patient requirements. Ergonomics of the masseur. Stance, position, movements of the masseur when performing massage, the use of the most rational movements. ✨Basic massage techniques (stroking, rubbing, kneading, vibration); their impact on the body, types of reception, guidelines for implementation. ✨Active and passive movements: impact on the body, types of techniques, guidelines for its implementation. Classical massage is the fundamental basis from which the preparation on the path of the master begins. Meetings will be held twice a week, 12 lessons of 2 hours are planned, recruitment to a group of up to 4 people.
