We go to the Snail farm with tasting (Nikolaev region)

 SNACK FARM (NIKOLAEVKSKAYA AREA) ⏰19 September (Sunday) 10:00 - departure from the railway station, through the village. Kotovsky; 12:30 - excursion to the snail farm + tasting; 16:00 - departure to Odessa; 18:30 - we are in Odessa.  We will visit the farm and see the whole process - from reproduction to collecting snails, where they sleep, how they are fed and washed. We will be shown how the healing mucin is extracted for cosmetology and pharmaceuticals, where these unusual mollusks have a liver and how to cook it   And at the tasting we will be offered delicious snail dishes: Marinated snails with herbs and lemon in soy sauce; ✨Snakes with herbs and creamy sauce; ✨classic escargot in Burgundy; ✨canape with snail liver pate with garlic sauce.
